Q. Do you have Cash on Delivery?

A. Yes! When you place an order using Cash on Delivery option, the products will be booked for you. We will get in touch with you and confirm the order before we dispatch the product to your address.

Q. What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time delivery of ordered quantity at your doorstep. All you have to do is, select Cash on Delivery as your payment option during checkout. Pls note our courier company`s representative will get in touch with you once the product reaches your destination/city before delivery.

Kindly Note:

• You can make payments only in Indian Rupees.
• Due to the limitations of the courier partners we use, COD facility is not available for all zip codes in India. During the checkout process, you can use our Zip Code Finder to check if the COD facility is available at your delivery pin code.
• Pay on Delivery can be used as payment method only for an order not exceeding Rs. 10,000.
• The COD facility is free for all orders above Rs.1500.
• For orders below Rs.1499 and below, there is a flat Rs.50 as convivence COD fee.
• The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
• You are requested to answer our courier company’s delivery representatives call and suggest suitable date and time to the delivery person.
• You are also requested to mention address with the landmark as this will help us locate you easily and complete the process faster.

Q. Product returns

• StarkennSports do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective.
• StarkennSports do not encourage product returns. Products purchased online can be returned within 24 hours of receiving the same, provided there is a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit.
• Place your product return request by calling our customer care number 020-48531010 Time: 11:00 am To 6:00 PM in Working Day
• All items to be returned must be unused and should not be broken or tampered with
• Returnable all item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
• Returnable all items must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact

Q. Order returnable shipping charges

• Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
• Once delivery completed the shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer
• A customer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during return shipment.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
