The 2018 34 FLOAT Performance 34mm forks have been reimagined with Fox's new GRIP damper, which uses the proven FIT sealed cartridge technology combined with a coil-sprung, independent floating piston which allows excess oil to purge through specially designed ports at the top of the damper, maintaining consistent damping and increased durability As with the FIT4 damper, the GRIP damper features Open, Medium, and Firm settings, allowing them to be quickly adapted to undulating trail conditions. You'll also be enthralled to know the 2018 line of 34 FLOAT forks now come with the latest 15QR x 110 Boost axle option.

As it's largely the rowdy trail crowd who've come to love the beefed up 34mm stanchions, Fox dressed-up their 27.5 34 FLOAT forks for the occasion. The GRIP damper's Firm setting equates to more efficient climbing, while the FLOAT Air spring has been updated to be lighter and to react with more sensitivity, giving the rider a superior ride quality and exceptional control. Just like the Fox FLOAT rear shocks, this fork has a positive and negative spring that equalize automatically and can be fine-tuned with volume spacers for that ultimate, dialed-in feel.
